We manufacture high-quality bicycles with our 45 employees. Bikes that we like to chase down the hills, accelerate on flat roads or ride through the city: Trendy, high-level and robust. Whether it's urban, city, trekking, mountain, road bikes, e-bikes or cargobikes.

WSF Bicycle Technology GmbH was founded in December 2020 by Roland Wallmannsberger and Alexander Schnöll. As a founder team, they are aiming for a company that will inspire people to achieve great things. They firmly believe that collaboration with respect, communication and the freedom to express opinions and ideas is the key to a successful future!

Alexander Schnell

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Model year 1977, completed the degree course "Production & Management" at the University of Applied Sciences Steyr and subsequently the educations as quality, project and supplier manager. He worked as a project manager, business director and, starting in 2010, as CEO in management consulting, for instance in the automotive and bicycle industries.

Roland Wallmannsberger

Founder & Director of Operations

Model year 1978, is a qualified mechanical engineer and did his Master of International Business at the University of Salzburg. He managed Procurement for various companies in plant and mechanical engineering and worked as COO in the automotive industry. Together they now combine the best of both worlds in the tandem seat from WSF.

Alexander Munch

Head of Supply Chain

Model year 1981, is a qualified purchaser and logistician. As Head of Supply Chain, he is responsible for making sure that the supply chains run like a well-oiled machine. He was formerly responsible for the procurement of at a German Bike brand. He knows the bike industry as well as his home mountains, which he loves to fly down on his downhill bike in his free time.

Christian Loidl

Head of Production

Model year 1988. As Head of Production at WSF, he is responsible for the entire assembly process. He has gained experience over the years in the field of manufacturing and assembling in Germany and Austria. When not assembling bikes, he likes to pedal by himself. His reputation as a "mad dog" on the downhill bike has now been replaced by a child's seat.

Martin Klackl

Head of Project

Model year 1991. As Head of Project, he is responsible for ensuring that every project meets the customer's requirements to the very last detail by clarifying the WHAT/HOW/WHEN with them in advance and supporting them during the assembly process. His iron rest pulse is in danger at most when running marathons and cycling races or when there is something to eat.

Jacob Filzmoser

Head of Product Quality

Model year 1994. As Head of Product Quality, the qualified mechanical and automotive engineer is responsible for the overall assembly quality. He is responsible for ensuring that the requirements and wishes of the customers are more than fulfilled. In his free time, the certified MTB guide is a passionate biker and absolutely nothing can get him out of his calm.

Martin Heissl

Project & prototyping

Model year 1982. The trained painter and passionate mechanic is responsible for prototype build at WSF. With his full dedication and passion for detail, he also takes care of all newcomers and shows them how bikes are built in Regau. He was co-builder of a downhill track and before going to bed, he likes to modify push bikes to e-bikes.
